Access Agreement — Human Performance Centers

Terms of Access

This page contains proprietary and confidential information belonging to Human Performance Centers, LLC ("HPC"), a Wyoming limited liability company. Access is granted for evaluation purposes only.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

Confidentiality. All information viewed — including product concepts, system architecture, pricing, technology sourcing, vendor relationships, and any materials related to BioSuite, the HPC Technology Catalog, or any HPC platform — is confidential. You agree not to disclose any of it to any third party without prior written consent from HPC.

No Rights Granted. Viewing this content does not grant you any license, ownership interest, or rights to any intellectual property of HPC. Nothing viewed may be reproduced, copied, or used as the basis for any competing product, platform, or service.

No Independent Development. For two (2) years from the date of this agreement, you agree not to independently develop or assist in developing any substantially similar system, including any platform integrating biometric data, health technology, or wellness systems for automated health protocol generation.

Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
